paula here
this is my first time to write to the list, so i feel a little ignorant of 
histories...even tho i have done some reading of sumarries.

to answer to nicolu and these worries
i am very interested to make this gender day happen
i am here in belgrade (arriving 3 days ago) so perhaps i can work to make 
contack with local groups
at the moment there is some scheduling with local groups, anjin - feminist 
group,
belgrade women in black, anti sex trafficing group in zagreb and young 
anarcho feminist group in zagreb. also i will speak with some one from 
belgrade pride as soon as they get back from zagreb pride...tho i dont know 
how this will go
i was at queeruption and spoke to a few people there about PGA
i think quite a few people will come so there is some potential to invite 
people to make work shops or just to network the idea...

here in belgrade i am really very 'at sea' the people are very nice
but i still cannot say that i know much of how the programme is going.

so i want to be cautious not to trample in like a big beast..but to go more 
quietly and listening
still...i have lots of energy to work especially on gender stuff so if there 
are people who want to communicate about the construction of actual 
events..let us begin!
